The common thread is connection.

I was the skinny class clown everyone said would fail. The Marine Corps made me a sergeant at 21. Then radio put me behind the mic, and in 2003 a prank call to Fidel Castro turned into an email list of 250,000 people. That list taught me the whole game: attention is easy. Connection is everything.

Since then I have built growth systems for cruise lines, theme parks, radio giants, nightclubs, lawyers, coaches, and my own companies. Sometimes the build is a revenue engine. Sometimes it is a community, a legal self-help tool, or a record label. The job never changes: I bring people, ideas, and resources together to build things that move people, make money, and change lives.

How I think.
